We come out when you need us to. Most issues can be resolved remotely and that's usually quicker. Anything that needs someone on site gets booked in, and for planned work like hardware replacement we schedule it properly.

We're a five-person business. Are we too small?

No. We look after businesses from 5 people to 200. Several of our Central Victorian clients are under ten staff.

Our current IT is whoever's most technical in the office. Is that a problem?

It works until it doesn't – when that person leaves, or when something breaks that isn't in their wheelhouse, or when a scam email gets through. We can take that off them without changing everything at once.

The towns the big providers skip

If your business is in Castlemaine, Daylesford, Kyneton, Woodend or Maryborough, you've probably had one of two experiences with IT support: a Melbourne firm that treats you as an inconvenient outlier, or a one-person local operator who's brilliant right up until they're on holiday.
